Anglicans in Westland

Time  Doesn't  Matter

The Clock on the Greymouth Railway Station proudly proclaims, "West Coast Time". It has no hands!
This is a timelessly beautiful part of New Zealand. Its people are friendly, hospitable, and suspicious of new ways, slow to change. Yet some of the Anglican parishes in Westland are now changing radically and moving into innovative ways of ministry.

On 30 March 1996 the West Coast parishes of the Diocese of Christchurch, New Zealand agreed to work together to find new ways of ministry in their communities.
